The changes include the order in which documents are to be submitted. Please review the solicitation package thoroughly before submitting a bid. The Project includes the following Work: Work of the Project includes construction of a 3,300-foot of landfill access road and a 76,700 square foot landfill and septic sludge disposal site with appurtenances, including fencing, installation of a burn unit for the landfill, provide solid waste bins, and closure of

the existing landfill. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with landfill construction and road building. Estimated Cost Range: Owner anticipates that the Work’s total bid price will be approximately $6,750,000 – $7,750,000. Anticipated Schedule: The Project associated with the new landfill, sludge disposal site, sludge disposal site, and associated appurtenances, including fencing will be substantially complete on or before 10/31/2024, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before 11/30/2024. The Project associated with the remainder of the work (closure of the existing landfill) will have an expected substantial completion date of 7/31/2025 and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before of 8/15/2025.
