This is a brand name requirement to acquire software licenses, software maintenance, and support for HighGear licenses for an ordering period of three (3) years. HighGear is hosted with the Defense Information Services Agency, is CAC enabled, and meets current cybersecurity requirements. System administration support is provided by the DLA Distribution Information Technology community. The contractor shall provide software licenses, software maintenance, and technical support for HighGear including:Program updates, fixes, security alerts and critical patch updates; Upgrade scripts; Major product and technology releases, which includes general maintenance releases, selected functionality releases, and documentation updates; Basic support for email-initiated support requests during regular business hours; and Software maintenance including troubleshooting and responses to general questions.The contractor shall be an authorized reseller of the software
