As a result of COVID-19, adult basic education (ABE) learners have trended toward the use of additional time to earn their secondary credentials, which is the key outcome documented under the subject order. Reporting on data that does not include the full 2021 and early 2022 calendar years would skew the data and provide only partial information related to Technology Based Coaching in Adult Education (TBCAE). Additionally, the information regarding ABE education completion for calendar year 2021 is only becoming available as of March 2022. It is estimated that compiling and analyzing the data, as well as completing the final report, will take two (2) months. The additional 508 compliance on the data is estimated to have a lead time of another two (2)months. Therefore, the Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE) is requesting extension of services for the order until August
