Attention Contractor The project you are bidding on is funded partially or wholly by federal funds from the U.S. Department of Treasury. All construction work performed in relation to this project will be done so in compliance with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds guidelines. Compliance will be monitored by the City of College Station Capital Improvements Department. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The McCulloch area is bounded by Holleman Drive, Welsh Avenue, Nevada Street/Southland Street and Wellborn Road. Project includes replacing approximately 14,600 feet of 2-inch to 12- inch waterline and approximately 14,350 feet of 6-inch to 12-inch wastewater. There will be some pavement replacement and a horizontal directional drill along Welborn Road.
