This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation.  This is a request for quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C25023Q0766. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2023-02 (eff. 03/16/2023). The associated NAICS Code is 334118, 24 DISPLAY MONITORS.  The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is soliciting quotes from all sources to supply the Dayton VA Medical Center with 24 DISPLAY MONITORS, Licenses and
Warranties to support remote workers. Respondents to this solicitation must fully demonstrate their capability by supplying detailed quote information, along with any other documents necessary to support the requirements below.  Quotes are to be provided to Kevin Peeples, Contract Specialist, via email at kevin.peeples@va.gov, no later than June 2, 2023, by 4:00 PM EST. No telephone calls will be accepted. No submission received after the above-mentioned date and time will be accepted.  STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 1. Performance Monitoring NA 8. Security Requirements Not applicable to this request. Contractor will not require access to VA sensitive information to fulfill the terms of the contract. Contractor will not require access to the buildings and the related building service equipment to fulfill terms of the contract. 9. Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE)/Government-Furnished Information (GFI). VAMC Warehouse/Logistics will provide loading dock/forklift assistance for freight unloading if required. 10. Other Pertinent Information or Special Considerations. Contractor responsible for delivery of all receivables without damage. 11. Place of Performance. The place of performance is Dayton VAMC. Delivery schedule will be determined and agreed upon with Contractor at the time of award.
