(RFP) – Osage County Community Center Asphalt Parking Lot

Mission: To Prepare Students for Profitable Employment and a Life of Learning Office of Facilities Request for Proposal (RFP) – Osage County Community Center Asphalt Parking Lot The State Technical College of Missouri (State Tech) at One Technology Drive in Linn, MO is accepting proposals for a new Asphalt Parking Lot at the Osage County Community Center (OCCC) on our Main Campus in Linn, MO. Scope of Work: 1. Removal of 14” of existing material and curbs per the attached drawing. This material will stay on State Tech Property. (This will be an Add/Alternative as State Tech may complete this with in house employees and equipment) 2. Place 6” rock fill and 4” base rock and grade as necessary per the attached drawing. 3. Lay 2 ½” bit base and 1 ½” surface per the attached drawing. 4. Striping/Marking the lot per the attached drawing. 5. Add 13 new Parking Lot LED Pole Lights – this will require removal of existing wire and conduit (if existing), adding new conduit and wiring to new locations, adding 2’-0”dia. X 3’-0 tall (above asphalt surface) concrete pedestals to mount new poles on, pole and LED Fixture, installation of pole and LED fixture. (This will be an Add/Alternative as State Tech may complete this with in house employees and equipment and may purchase the lights directly) Parking lot fixtures to be equivalent to EATON, PRV- A60-D-T3(T4)-BZ single or double head as required. To be considered, the vendor must: A. Possess appropriate state and county business licenses B. Provide completed proposal sheet C. Provide 3 references with proposal Upon selection, bidder must: A. Provide a form W9 with Taxpayer Identification number B. Provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 worth of liability insurance naming State Tech as an additional insured. A drawing of the New Parking Lot is attached.
