The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Airborne Strategic Command, Control, and Communications Program Office (PMA-271), Program Office (PMA-271), hereby issues the DRAFT solicitation for the procurement of services and supplies in support of sealant removal, application of primer, reapplication of EF-5992 sealant, and pressure checking of the fuel cells and surfaces for up to ten (10) E-6B Aircraft located in Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The solicitation number is N00019-24-R-0043. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488190. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is J015.
