Remove and dispose of existing tank and materials following all governing state and federalrequirements for recycling.3. Install a new Pryco PY50ULDW (or Equivalent) with the following minimum specifications;a. 50 Gallon Capacity UL Listed Double-Walled Tankb. One (1) 4 GPM ductile iron supply pump with 1/3 hp., 115 vac motor.c. One (1) 8 GPM ductile iron Return pump with hp., 115 vac motor.d. Alarms to include: High/Low fuel levels, critical high level, and
interstitial leake. Alarm horn for leak and critical high alarms with silence switchf. Alarm relay for remote signal of leak or critical high alarmsg. Pump motor shutdown at critical high levelh. One (1) inch N/O stainless steel solenoid valve for normal filli. One (1) inch N/O stainless steel solenoid valve for critical high level shut downj. One (1) 1 inch stainless steel ball check valve for return linek. NEMA-1 Enclosure for control panell. Install 2 inch atmospheric vents using schedule 40 galvanized pipe. Each vent will go to theoutdoors directly adjacent to the day tank and terminate at approximately 5 feet above grade.m. 2 inch updraft vent caps are to be usedn. Original fuel is to be placed into the new tank upon completion of testingReplace the supply and return hoses at the day tank to include;1. Drain and remove the existing fuel hoses. Hoses to be disposed of by the vendor in accordance withall state and federal regulations2. Install new inch schedule 40 iron pipe with malleable iron threaded fittings in place of the hose3. Install inch stainless steel ball valves on each line. 2 Total valves4.
