I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. II. This action is being processed in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13. The solicitation number is 140D8020Q0014. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Acquisition Services Directorate of the Department of the Interior, on behalf of the Office of Wildland Fire (OWF), is issuing this combined solicitation/synopsis for the purpose of entering into a contract after receipt and evaluation of quotes. III. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2020-07, dated 08/31/2020. IV. This requirement is a total Woman Owned Small
