USAID requests that any interested organization review the tasks and objectives in the RFI and provide responses to the questions contained herein. USAID is particularly interested in providing full time institutional support staff to the USAID Bureau for Planning, Learning and Resource Management (PLR). This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal. This notice is for market information and capabilities for planning purposes only and does NOT constitute any commitment from. Please submit your response via email by April 22, 2024, at 5:00 PM EST.Responses must be in English, no more than five (5) pages in length (not including cover page, references, and tables/charts) total typed, 11-point Times New Roman font, single-spaced with one-inch margins on the electronic equivalent of 8.5 x 11-inch paper, with each page numbered consecutively.
