The Town of Montgomery is soliciting Construction Management Agent of the Owner (CMa) proposals for the remodel of the existing Public Safety Building to improve office spaces, safety, and security of the building; including the installation of a large fireproof vault (24 V.S.A. § 1178) to house public records, new energy efficient systems for the building, and an addition to the Library wing of the building. All work is to achieve substantial completion by February 1st, 2024, and final completion by April 1st, 2024. The services requested will be for pre-construction services and construction
