The purpose of this solicitation contract is to solicit responses to contract with a vendor(s) to provide Printing and Distribution of the 2023 Election Laws, for the Minnesota Office of the Secretary of State

(OSS). The Contractor must provide printing and distribution, shipping and mailing services for the 2023 Election Laws. The Contractor must work with the Minnesota Office of the Secretary of State, State Authorized Representative (OSS SAR), OSS staff, and Designated Contact Person (DCP) on all aspects of the printing, processing, and distribution of the 2023 Election Laws. If any aspect of the contract is subcontracted, the Contractor must oversee all aspects of the subcontractor’s work. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Event/Solicitation. Non-electronic and e-mail responses will not be accepted. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.
