Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Land Office has received an application for the following: APPLICANT: Quintillion Subsea Operations, LLC. PROJECT NAME: LAS 34465 GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Along the Spine Road in Deadhorse. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 32, Township 011N, 014E, Umiat Meridian. REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Off-road travel for maintenance on an existing fiber optic cable along the Spine Road. The travel route begins on Public Utility easement, ADL 420553, with off-road travel beginning at 70°16'12.42"N, 148°38'10.39"W for a total of 6 acres. Off-road travel will be conducted via snow-machine. PROPOSED DATES OF USE: Start: April 2023 End: April 2028 DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: March 29, 2023 The public is invited to comment on this activity.
