The intention of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit qualifications from public accounting firms to provide independent audit services for fiscal years ending June 30, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 to be approved in one year increments.
Pursuant to Texas Education Code 44.008, the Pearland ISD Board of Trustees must have its fiscal accounts audited annually by a certified or public accountant holding a permit from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. The audit must be completed following the close of the fiscal year.
