The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting submittals for consultant services on the following project: ST. GEORGE COURTHOUSE CONTROLS & MECHANICAL UPGRADE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS ST. GEORGE, UT DFCM PROJECT # 23322150 Project Description: Upgrade the existing mechanical system to be more efficient and meet the needs of the COURTS. This will include a change from an air-cooled chiller to a water-cooled chiller, enclosure/structure for the new chiller, add heat exchanger, upgrade controls, remove and replace water boilers and pumps, etc. This project will need to be phased: Cooling components upgraded and replaced during winter months and the heating components upgraded during the summer months. Construction Budget: $2,400,000 plus $450,000 in construction contractor after hours work. The Design Fee maximum amount including all subconsultants: $185,000.00 A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit will be held at 1:00 PM on TUESDAY, APRIL 30, 2024 at the ST.
