THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following service (base+4):For Puget Sound VAMC at American Lake in Tacoma, WA: Building 23: Technicians shall provide all tools and labor necessary to perform inspection, tuning, testing, calibrating, and adjustments of burners and boiler and boiler plant controls and safeties This shall be done EVERY SIX months in accordance with a schedule provided by VAMC. VAMC may extend the schedule for burners in limited
service. Limits to Subcontracting Clause may apply.Building 23 DA Tank. Technicians shall provide all tools and labor necessary to perform inspection, testing, calibrating, and adjustments of safety valves, instruments, alarms, overflow valves and safeties This shall be done EVERY SIX months in accordance with a schedule provided by VAMC. VAMC may extend the schedule for the DA Tank as needed. Instrumentation, monitoring and data management systems shall be calibrated EVERY SIX months to manufacturers specifications.
