There are separate contracts for General Construction, Electrical Construction, Plumbing Construction (to include sprinklers/FP), and HVAC Construction per the summary of work in specifications section 011200 MULTIPLE CONTRACT SUMMARY and the bid forms included in Section P- PROPOSAL.
