Staffing Services will be provided on an as needed basis (no established budget), to include but not limited to the UMC Main Campus, UMC Surgical Hospital, UMC Clinics, Corrections Facilities, El Paso Health Plans, Inc., and all other EPCHD facilities/affiliates. UMC may at times refer pre-selected candidates to the Agency, for temporary staffing assignments. This

service is referred to as “Payroll Service” within this document. Staffing requests may include clerical positions such as office clerks, receptionists, secretaries in both clinical and non-clinical departments. The Agency must have the resources necessary to provide staffing in non-clerical positions, which may include, but not limited to, information technology (network specialist, help desk, etc., certified medical assistants, environmental (housekeeping) services workers, food service workers and general maintenance/labor positions. It is strongly preferred that Staffing Agencies have a local office in the El Paso area The EPCHD intends to enter into an agreement for these services for a period of three (3) years and with an option to extend contract for an additional two three (3) year terms.
