only be able to be opened from inside. # windows must have those automatic lockable clips when properly closed. # windows must be on the sliding door and on the second compartment window must be on the left hand side of the vehicle( passenger door side) 1.4 side opening and generator 1.4.1 van must be cut on the side for allowing the generator to be stored underneath the first compartment couch. # van must be cut on the driver side, below the couch in the first room. # the opening must have a sliding ramp, for easy access to the generator. # the opening door must be able to be opened while the generator is in use. 1.4.2 6.25 kva generator, for supplying power to the aircon, plugs and lights etc# # a suitably sized generator to fit below the first compartment couch. # must be a portable generator. # petrol generator # silent generator # generator to be securely mounted in the driver side door opening. 1.5 external power socket 1.5.1 an external female power socket outside for external power. The external power socket will draw power from any nearby power source. # rated current: 16 a # poles: 2p +e # rated voltage: 200 # 250v # protection degree: ip67 # fitted with closable flap, to prevent the socket from water damages etc# # power socket must be fitted on the driver side door, next to the driver#s door handle. 1.6 external spot lights 1.6.1 two spot lights suitably positioned to illuminate the exterior of the vehicle at the side door and the rear door. # 40w(minimum) led spot lights # the switch location must be suitably accessible inside the rooms. Inside 1.7 separator 1.7.1 separate the van in the middle into 2 rooms as seen in addendum a, figure1. # separator must be soundproof. # separator must have a non-opening window in the middle as seen in addendum a, figure1. (the purpose of the window is for the nurses to be able to signal each other, in an event whereby the other is in danger.) 1.8 interior panelling 1.8.1 5mm interior panelling with sound proofing. # white panelling all around the inside of the vehicle. 1.9 ceiling, flooring and lights 1.9.1 white plywood ceiling inside with a 1.5m led strip lights per room with an additional work light per inspection area. # 20w led strip lights # switch to be inside the rooms, switch in each room. # non-slip rubber dark colour flooring 1.10 couch 1.10.1 l-shaped couch for patients, couch that will be durable and easily cleanable. # couches must allow for additional storage below the seating positions. # the couch must be made of a grey vinyl material. # the couch in the first compartment must allow storage for a generator below it, the couch must be reinforced for sound and heat, and only the couch in the first compartment, the generator will be stored below the couch. # couches in both compartments are estimated to be 1.2m (l) on the driver door side and 1m (l) on the separator side. The width of the couch to be 0.6m on both sides. Height of the couches can be 1m. 1.11 staff desk and chair 1.11.1 l-shaped desk for staff member, must be able to fit a chair around the table, must have 4 drawers for storage of stationary etc# # desk top to be the same material and colour as the wash basin counter top. # staff desks are estimated to be in both rooms to be 1.3m (l) on the driver door side and 1m (l) behind the driver side and behind the rear door right hand side, the height of the staff desks is estimated to be 0.7m. 1.11.2 adjustable chair with backrest and wheels max 120 kg carrying capacity. 1.12 wash basin 1.12.1 wash basin in each compartment. # dark grey basin cupboard with dark grey waterproof counter top, please refer to addendum a, figure 2. # plywood material to be used on the cupboard. # basin must be fitted in the waterproof counter top. # cupboard must have a door. # 10l refillable water tank open and closable at the top, it must be fitted above the water basin, the tank must come with a tap for washing of hands. # water tank needs to be fitted within a bracket to the wall. # water tank must be portable for cleaning purposes. # pvc drainage pipe must be fitted from the basin, to discharge underneath the vehicle. 1.13 plugs 1.13.1 the plugs must be mounted in an easily accessible location on each room, to allow usage whilst seated at the staff table. # three prong plugsx2 in each room # two prong plug in each room. # usb power points in each room, for charging of laptops etc 1.13.2 male power socket extension lead. # 50m extension lead. # extension lead will be placed inside the couch seating storage in the second compartment. # the extension lead will be used to supply power from outside source incase if the vehicle will be working from a place which will be close to an electrical plug eg if they will be working from a clinic. 1.14 aircon 1.14.1 aircon in each room. # aircon to be mounted the same way as in the figure 1. # each aircon to be 220v-240v with a minimum capacity of 0,88kw and 3000btu/h. # remote holder to be fitted not far from the aircon unit. # the extractor part of the aircon must be fitted on top of the vehicle. 1.15 sanitizing station and condom dispenser 1.15.1 automated wall mounted sanitizing station in each compartment. 1.15.2 condom dispenser in each compartment. 1.16 fire extinguisher 1.16.1 2x 2.5kg class a fire extinguishers. # 1 in each compartment. # must be fitted in a fire extinguisher holder.
