Project Description:The City of Dallas (the “City”) is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (the “RFCSP”) from qualified firms who are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Texas State Securities Board to assist the City’s staff with the management of the City’s Investment Pool Portfolio by providing non-discretionary portfolio management services. Investment Advisor Services include, but are not limited to, quantitative analysis,

evaluation and presentation of investment options. Please note, this RFCSP covers the City’s Investment Pool Portfolio only, all other portfolios are outside the scope of services requested in this RFCSP.
