Artists selected for this Roster will be eligible for opportunities to design artwork for urban furniture and utility boxes throughout the city over the next three years. The first opportunity, to be implemented in February 2023, will address public trash cans located in the Evans

Churchill and Roosevelt historic neighborhoods. The selected artist(s) will be charged with beautifying an often-overlooked object with unique designs that provide a cohesive identity for the community. The response must clearly identify the Company Name and Address, Solicitation Number, and the Bid Opening Date and Time. It is the Bidder's responsibility to include the number of copies specified in the Solicitation.
