All other maintenance or repairs will be performed by the vendor and cost should be included for such services within the rental cost unless the vendor determines the repairs are deemed above normal wear and tear. Due to the nature of our business we require a 24 hour turn around in response time and/or replacement of down vehicle. Tire replacement, belts, hoses and hydraulics are main replacement items.  If the vendor determines that there are damages through neglect, the vendor is required to contact the COR and West Virginia Contracting Office before performing any repairs.PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SOWPeriod of Performance One Base Year and 4 Options Years
