Proposer shall provide, install, and maintain a turn-key telephone system at the Facility. Proposer shall provide telephone services to the youth utilizing Proposer’s Inmate Telephone System (ITS) in accordance with the requirements and provisions set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
