The Public Health Department (PHD), a department of the County of Santa Clara (County) is requesting for proposals (RFP) from qualified vendors to create, test, and implement a public health communication and media plan to build and increase public awareness of Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD). The purpose of the plan is to normalize conversations and destigmatize ADRD with messaging and education on risk factors that impact cognitive decline as well as chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure for County’s PHD Healthy Communities Branch’s Healthy Brain Initiative (HBI).
