Proposals will be for the 2024 growing season beginning on May 1 st and ending on October 25 th. Scope of Work Follow the prescribed timeline for preparation and placing/ removal of pots. May 1 st – Contract start date, begin cleaning and preparing all planters/ pots May 30 th – Flowers will be provided by the city and placed by the contractor no later than this date.October 25 th – Remove all pots.Place order for soil and fertilizer as needed. Water flowers daily Fertilize as needed *Watering must take place between the hours of 8 PM and 5

AM to avoid peak traffic on Main Street.Remove and replace unhealthy plants as needed. All necessary equipment and supplies, including plants, shall be provided at the City’s expense. Proposal RequirementsRoosevelt City will review the submitted Proposals and select a service provider based on the following information: Bid for monthly cost to accomplish scope of work including justification of costs. Letter of intent containing pertinent experience/ professional qualifications. Businesses submitting proposals will be asked to provide business license and tax information. Submittal Instructions The submitting businesses or individuals shall provide an electronic copy or written copy of the Proposal via email to the individuals listed below, or written copy of proposal to the Roosevelt City office building.
