This unit is to be delivered to the Minnesota Dept. of Transportation office located at 1779 McMenemy Road, Maplewood, MN 55113-3174. Any and all freight or delivery charges must be included in the price of the unit. Delivery time may be a factor in award. This is a one-time purchase. THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID (RFB). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
