Proposal Packets are available at the Town Office or via email. Specific details for completion of this project are included within the proposal packet. A 60' x 92" wood framed building on an existing concrete foundation. Engineered drawings included with the proposal packet. Please submit sealed proposals clearly labeled "Peru Town Garage" to be received at the Town Office no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, April 8th, 2024. via in-person drop off or mail. Fax or emailed proposals will not be accepted. The Board of Selectmen will open sealed proposals in a public meeting at the Town Office on Monday, April 8th, 2024 at 6:00 pm. The Town of Peru reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and intends to award the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible contractor based on qualifications and experience.
