Federal Job # STP-3301(527) Notice to Contractors The City of Lees Summit, Missouri is requesting Bids for the construction of City Project # 569 - Colbern Road Reconstruction. Bids will be received electronically submitted via QuestCDN (www.QuestCDN.com) until 3:00 PM local time on March 28, 2023 and at that time will be publicly opened and read via Zoom teleconferencing (see Bid Docs. on QuestCDN for Zoom access). The proposed work includes: Constructing approximately two miles of Colbern Road as a 4-lane divided roadway from Route 350 to approximately 1,500 feet east of NE Douglas Street. Project also includes construction of a two-span bridge over the railroad track and creek, roundabout widening, traffic signal installation at NE Douglas Street and Colbern Road intersection, reconstruction of Main drive, and removal and realignment of NW Blue Parkway. The work includes 8 to 20 water line relocations, gravity

sanitary sewer relocations, and 12 force main relocations, and installation of various sizes of reinforced concrete box culverts and underground storm sewer. The site is located in Lee's Summit, Missouri and Unity Village, Missouri, as shown on the Drawings. The eBidDoc number is 8343460. A fee of $22 will be required to obtain the Bidding Documents files. An additional fee of $20 is required for Contractors who submit a bid for the Work.
