Alief Independent School District is seeking %-off catalog discount pricing for Instructional Materials (Books, e-Books, Textbooks and Periodicals) through an initial contract period of August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021, with 4 potential annual renewal events. Faxed, emailed or late proposals will not be accepted. It is anticipated that the District will award this contract at the July 2020 School Board Meeting, with initial awards made to qualified vendors whose responses have been received by 4:00 PM CT on June 12, 2020. Awards will be made on a continual basis to multiple vendors throughout the entire initial contract period of August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021, as well as through 4 potential subsequent annual renewal events, with a contract end date of July 31, 2025. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses at their earliest convenience. New responses will be periodically evaluated and accepted or rejected by the District throughout the contact term. An award notification will be sent by the District in the event of contract award.
