Description of Work: Construct a new Employee Services Center at the central terminal mezzanine which will include credentialing, training, and employee parking transaction service spaces in a “one-stop shop”. The project will combine and remodel vacated offices to create a consolidated center and waiting area for

employees. Subcontractor/supplier opportunities include (but not limited to): Demolition, asbestos abatement, GWB, framing, finishes work, fire protection, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and communications to update the space for functionality. This project has prevailing wage rate requirements.
