Residential Energy Efficiency and Electrification Stakeholder Engagement The City of Olympia is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents with expertise in stakeholder engagement, meeting facilitation, and residential energy efficiency (preferred) to assist with community engagement and meeting facilitation for the Thurston Climate Mitigation Collaborative (TCMC). The selected consultant will assist with community engagement and meeting facilitation for two regional initiatives, which will be designed and developed by the TCMC partners (Thurston County and the cities of Lacey, Olympia, and Tumwater) in 2024. These projects include designing a Residential Energy Efficiency and Electrification Campaign (EEE Campaign) and developing a Home Energy Score Model Ordinance Policy (HES Policy). The deadline for submission of proposals is April 24, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Earlier responses are welcome.
