The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers from Certified Public Accounting Firms experienced with low-income housing tax credits and Affordable Housing Properties, to provide “professional accounting services related to planning and performing an audit of the financial statements on an annual basis, which includes expressing an opinion of the statements at the conclusion of the audit” for a five-year period commencing on or about July 1, 2022.
