Driver Training Education Services

The Board of Education of the North East School Division No. 200 (NESD) is requesting proposals for the provision of Driver Education Services program (see Appendix B Scope of Work) in accordance with the conditions stated herein. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) NESD seeks to: a) Select the successful Proponent(s). b) To ensure a continuous Driver Education Program for high school students in the NESD school system and in compliance with The Education Act, 1995. c) Specify the conditions that would govern any resulting contract. d) Determine the costs. The term of the contract shall commence on September 1st, 2023 and shall remain in effect until August 31, 2026, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms outlined herein.The NESD shall have the sole option to extend the length of this Agreement for a further two (2) year period which would commence on the 1st day of September 2026 and terminate on the 31st day of August 2028, upon the same terms and conditions as herein provided except with respect to cost per pupil which shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.
