SOURCES SOUGHT – W91QF4-24-Q-0040DLI Marketing and Recruitment for Platform InstructorsThe Mission Installation Contracting Command – Fort Leavenworth is issuing a sources sought as a means of conducting market research to determine the availability of sources of businesses able to provide the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) the means to reach out to language-enabled audiences that may not otherwise know how to apply to become a platform instructor and teach at DLIFLC through typical channels. The need to reach out to capable and qualified language instructors through a company as the central point of access who can in turn advertise DLIFLC instructor positions through various platforms with simplified pricing models is an important component to the overall capability.The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement and set aside type, if any, in the event a requirement materializes. Since languages critical to national security are experiencing critical manning shortages, this contract is necessary for the Institute to find and hire as many qualified candidates as possible who can teach all service members who are learning these languages.SUBMISSION DETAILS – Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than three (3) each 8.5 X 11-inch pages, font no smaller than 12 point Arial) demonstrating ability to provide services as described herein. Documentation should be in bullet format.
