Project Description:1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving responses until January 28, 2022, by 10:00 a.m. local time, for the Work Order and Asset Management System Request for Information. Responses are being received electronically by the Department of Public Service, Office of Support Services via Bonfire at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login.
This RFI involves exploring a Work Order

and Asset Management System, for possible replacement of our current system which is a Central Square Lucity software platform. The system utilizes Central Square powered by “Lucity” Roadway and Resources modules. The system currently receives and stores data while serving as the system of record for some of the asset inventories within the Department of Public Service, as well as work orders, and other such information as may be necessary to respond, as set forth in this Request for Information (RFI).

RFI pre-submission meetings will not be held. The last day to submit questions is January 19 at 10:00 AM; phone calls will not be accepted. All questions concerning the RFI are to be sent to capitalprojects@columbus.gov. Information is due on January 28, by 10:00 a.m. local time, on the Bonfire site at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login.
