Description Scope of Services The City of Bakersfield Recreation and Parks Department is seeking a contractor with substantial experience and background in on-site security guard and patrol services. The department desires a contractor to provide up to seven (7) days a week on-site security guard and patrol services for a one (1) year period throughout City of Bakersfield Parks & Facilities. Four one-year extensions are at the City’s option and under mutually agreeable terms. The contractor shall possess a valid Private Patrol Operators License through the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs of Security and Investigations Services at the time of receiving proposals and maintain such licensing for the duration of the contract period.
