Facility Renovation Package - Construction

This project consists of 6 site locations for work to be completed. D: 700 N Pine - Parking lot expansion for the Judicial Center. E: 902 N Pine St/ Probation Office - Interior alterations, enclose existing carport and MEP and finish upgrades. Adjacent building located at 904 N Pine Street will be demolished in its entirety and new parking lot will serve 902 N Pine Street/Probation Office. F: 204 Early St/ Teal House - Demolition of existing enclosed back porch for new deck construction. Front porch modification to add a ramp for accessibility. Interior alterations and mechanical upgrades. G: Clyo Community Center - Exterior facade upgrades, interior alterations, and MEP upgrades. H: Fire House - Exterior facade upgrades.
