I have been searching for such vehicle in Turkey, and I can deliver from Germany: YES. Must provide all sub-contracting paperwork prescribed in the solicitation in accordance with FAR.Do you prefer local indigenous License Plate on them? YES. Must have Turkey license plateWhat would be the specific aspects of the armor, will bullet proof windows do, or do you require something like Military Inventory APCs or like.  The armorer European minimum armorer level is VPAM 7.  The English minimum armorer level is B6.
