All prospective bidders are required to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference held on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 10:00AM CT at the Procurement Office Conference Room 113,415 East Clark Street, Building A Warrensburg, MO 64093;

The last time/date to submit questions is 10:00AM CT on Tuesday, June 5, 2018. Email or fax questions to the Buyer as indicated in the Bid Contact Information section;

The desired completion date for this project shall be no later than 5:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, August 4, 2018;

Expected announcement of award is during the month of June 2018. This requirement may require UCM Board of Governors approval, which may delay the award announcement;

All prospective bidders may attend the bid closing held on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 2:00PM CT at the Procurement Office Conference Room 113, 415 East Clark Street, Building A, Warrensburg, MO 64093.
