Bidders who submit a response to this IFB must have the ability to meet the bid specifications and requirements, including Terms and Conditions contained in this IFB. All questions regarding this IFB are to be directed to Karen Kawelmacher in the “Question & Answer,” section of this solicitation. Failure to adhere to this process may disqualify potential bidder. The County is not

responsible for any oral or written interpretations from any other person. Please submit all bids electronically via BidSync as well as the required hard copy. Added on Mar 1, 2024:Addendum#2- North Davis Meadow Water Consolidation Bid Document Volume 1 has been replaced with a revised document dated 3/1/24. The only change is a Fleet Compliance Certification Form has been added to the document. Added on Apr 9, 2024:Addendum#3-Has been uploaded in response to Questions 3, 5, 13 & 14 as well as minor changes to Volume I Bidding & Contracting Documents and additional changes in Volume II Technical Specifications. Added on Apr 17, 2024:Addendum#4-Has been uploaded to clarify several items including extension of the bid opening date, a correction to the bid schedule and the note on the successful list of projects and clarification that the total cost of this project will need inclusive of all aspects of the project even if no specific item is specified.
