Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Camp Pendleton, CA hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to ViaSat, Inc. (6155 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009-1699) to provide DOCCT/S Sustainment Support Plans - Silver Level (2 each) and DOCCT/S VME Satellite Simulator (SatSim) Module, Part Number VA-014462-002 (4 each). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519. There will be no written solicitation issued.  This is an intent to execute a sole source procurement under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1.  This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM).  Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov, and also be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow
