Request for Design Services – Joseph A. Campbell School

The Town of Dracut is seeking the services of a qualified “Designer” within the meaning of M.G.L. Chapter 7C, Section 44 to provide professional design and construction administration for the Joseph A. Campbell Elementary School in Dracut, MA. Designs services to conduct a feasibility study which will include the development and evaluation of potential alternative solutions and continue through the SD Phase of the preferred alternative initially. Selection of the Designer will be made by the Designer Selection Panel of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (“MSBA”) in accordance with the MSBA’s Designer Selection Procedures. The estimated construction costs are $96,000,000 - $144,000,000.00.The Request for Service packet can be downloaded at https://www.dracutma.gov/Bids.aspx as of 9 A.M. on April 3, 2024. The district strongly suggests that all interested parties attend a briefing session at the Joseph A. Campbell School, scheduled for April 17, 2024, at 10AM.
