Capital Planning Study and School Feasibility Study Project Description :This Terms of Reference (TOR) defines the scope of services that the Consultant shall perform for Naotkamegwanning First Nation (NFN) in the undertaking of a Capital Planning Study (CPS). The overall goal is to provide engineering consulting services in the development of a capital planning study to investigate the community’s long-term needs in the planning of infrastructure, housing and subdivisions, recreational facilities, institutional and service-type buildings, as well as commercial developments.
