RA2024-1 Remediation Of Contaminated Soil At 30 Monroe Street

The proposed project includes Remediation of Contaminated Soil at 30 Monroe Street in Norwalk CT. This work is being funded by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and the State of Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) to support Brownfields cleanup and redevelopment. The remedial goal for the project is to bring site soils into compliance with Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CTDEEP Remediation Standard Regulations (RSRs) and to prepare the northeast portion of the site for development.
