Before the bid due date, it is the vendors responsibility to check the BidNet Direct bid system or their emails for any Addendums that may have been issued. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Bay City at the Purchasing Department, City Hall, 301 Washington Avenue, Room 304, Bay City, MI, until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, for the Residential Roof Replacement Bid #24-0417 all in accordance with the Bidding Documents, and as otherwise set forth herein. The City of Bay City has absolutely reserved the right and prerogative to reject any or all bids as well as to waive any irregularities and informalities. The award of the contract, if it is awarded, will be to a responsible and responsive Bidder whom the City Commission, in its sole discretion and judgment, determines will be in the best interest of the City of Bay City, and which will not exceed the funds available for the project.
