The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified firms or individuals to provide Consultant services to advertise, implement, manage, track and report on regionally based water conservation rebate programs. These programs shall include indoor and outdoor rebate for residential and non-residential sections, and be implemented with online program interface with mobile application capabilities. In addition, regional and member-specific advertising and marketing of

the program is required.
