An Experience Modification Rating (EMR) of .9 or better, averaged over the last three (3) years, is required to be considered for award of this project.
A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.
The estimated cost of this Project is $484,000.00.

1-Remove and dispose of the existing roof flashings and sheet metal down to the existing modified bitumen roof membrane to remain,
2-Replace wet insulation and roof membrane in accordance with unit prices and quantity allowances,
3-Fully adhere two-ply modified bitumen roof membrane in cold-process, low VOC adhesive along with flashings and accessories,
4-Replace sheet metal flashings and trim, and
5-Provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly.
