The Town of St. Marys Public Works Department is requesting pricing for various sizes of excavator(s) and other construction equipment for short-term projects including ditch work, municipal drain cleaning, brushing, assistance with utility service installation and repairs among others. It is the intention of this competition to establish a Call List for equipment for small projects under the terms of this contract. The term of the contract will be 1-year commencing on May 21st, 2024 and can be extended for one year. Notification of work will typically be between one and two weeks however emergency needs will require a maximum four (4) hour response time. The Town will call through the list of acceptable bidders for necessary equipment.
