1) Replace all WSHP’s throughout school
2) Within mech room, replace high temp loop and heat pump loop circ pumps, heat pump loop expansion tank, boilers, domestic water heater, heat exchanger, glycol fill system, etc.
3) rebuild existing MUA with new heating coil, fan belts, bearings, pullies, etc.
4) Upgrade the control system throughout school
5) relocate gas meter to exterior of the building
6) Replace the existing fluid cooler with a new roof mounted dry cooler
7) Upgrade the automation system
8) Upgrade electrical to suit new mechanical equipment
