THE CITY OF BRISTOL, CONNECTICUT IS REQUESTING PROPOSALS FROM QUALIFIED FIRMS FOR INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICES TO ASSIST THE RETIREMENT BOARD IN CARRYING OUT ITS FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITIES. Sealed proposals to provide investment advisory services will be received in the office of the Purchasing Agent for the City of Bristol on behalf of the City of Bristol.
Proposals are due no later than
4:00 pm on March 25, 2021. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to
Roger Rousseau, Purchasing Agent, no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive delivered to the address noted below; the City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above. Any proposal received after said date and time, whether hand-delivered, submitted via United States Postal Service, or submitted via any other delivery
service, shall be declared invalid. Faxes of proposals will not be accepted.

All proposals must include a recent performance statement/report for a Plan of similar size to the City of Bristol Pension, a sample investment policy statement, and Form Adv Part II, A & B.
Include a PDF with exhibits and a Word document and PDF with the RFP answers.
